Yoda of Track and Field with Kebba Tolbert
This EP features Kebba Tolbert. Known as the Yoda of Track and Field, Kebba is the women’s sprints/hurdles and horizontal jumps coach for Harvard University as well as the associate head coach of the squad for the past ten years. Kebba’s athletes and his program have continued to experience impressive results throughout his tenure at Harvard. Tolbert began his coaching career at Iowa Wesleyan and produced 21 All-Americans and the school's first national champions. During his tenure, his athletes set 25 school records, and 21 conference records and broke two national marks. After leaving Iowa Wesleyan Kebba spent time and experienced success at McKendree, Syracuse University, Portland State, and UTEP. A graduate of Colby College where he earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy, Tolbert earned his Master of Arts degree in exercise science in 1996 from Smith. Enjoy!
