Rob is a manual therapist, coach, and educator with over 20 years of experience in the fields of human health and performance and currently works as a private human performance consultant and educator. He spent the last decade doing research and development specifically in the performance breath work and stress management space. Rob's most current curriculum, the Check Engine Light, is being taught as part of the Navy Seal Foundation's Warrior Fitness Program. He has worked with the U.S. and allied military units, the UFC Performance Institute, and ALTIS, and has performed research with private sector parties and universities. He has a self-professed bend on weirdness and he's proud of it. Most importantly Rob is a father, husband, son, and friend who likes to hang out with his girls and his dogs more than anything in the world.
