This week's Sunday Re-Marks is a little ode to my old team. The 2008-2009 season was my last year in the NHL. I chose to retire at the end of that season and move on to other things I wanted to experience. I was blessed to see the dawning of a future Hall of Fame goalie. I knew then he would be something special one day. I watched him in his first NHL All-Star game the year that began the Habs 100th anniversary celebration. To have been a part of this great organization was a blessing, to have witnessed the beginning of number 31's career was something special: World Juniors Gold, Calder Cup Champion, Olympic Gold Medalist, One goal left to accomplish. I wish Carey, the team, and my good friends, Graham, Pat, Steamer, and Gerv, the best of luck in the Stanley Cup Finals, you all deserve a special outcome. Bonne Chance Mes Ami!
