Leave Your Mark
The Leave Your Mark Podcast is where high performance meets human stories. Each week, we go beyond résumés and highlight reels to explore how extraordinary people—high achievers who are also genuinely good humans—have been shaped by their environments, experiences, and the people around them.
More importantly, we uncover how they are leaving their mark on the world.
Step inside the minds and lives of remarkable individuals from sport, business, arts, and beyond—and walk away inspired to leave your own mark.
Your host, Scott Livingston, has spent over 35 years in the world of human performance. He’s trained, reconditioned, and supported some of the best athletes on the planet, working inside elite performance environments and learning firsthand what it takes to be the best in the world.

Two's a Charm with Ryan Hamilton
This EP features mental performance coach Ryan Hamilton. Ryan serves as a mental performance coach with the Canadian Sport Centre, UNB Varsity Reds, Hockey Canada, and the Tampa Bay Lightning. Ryan is an associate professor in the Department of Psychology. While Ryan applies the findings of his research to a variety of groups including cancer survivors and exercisers, he is most well-known for his work in sport. In 2020, Ryan served as the Mental Performance Coach for the gold medal-winning World Junior hockey team in the Czech Republic and the Stanley Cup-winning Lightning in the "Bubble". Indeed, with the Stanley Cup win, this past July Ryan has been a part of two World Junior Gold medal-winning teams, and two Stanley Cup Championships. Finally, earlier this month Ryan was named as the Mental Performance Coach for Canada's Olympic Men's Hockey team who will be competing at the 2022 Olympics in Beijing China. Ryan is a proud UNB employee, UNB alumni, and New Brunswicker. Enjoy!
