This week's EP is a fantastic performance conversation with my good buddy, Jeremy Sheppard. Jer is one of those eclectic souls whose professional acumen is shadowed by his incredible character and humility. He's been in the world of human performance coaching athletes of just about every dimension, but his heart sings for the boards of surf and snow. He currently takes care of Canada's greatest snowboarders and is ramping up his work heading into this winter's Olympic games.
